The operator’s legal identity and an operational contact must be supplied before public paid launch. The current contact page states their availability. These terms describe the intended service rules and do not represent an assertion that production payments or generation have already been validated.
Use accurate account information and protect your login. Access to tasks and downloads is limited to the owning account. You are responsible for having the rights and permission needed to upload a photograph and request the intended recreation.
Do not use the service to impersonate someone deceptively, create unlawful or abusive content, misrepresent an endorsement, or publish a generated video as evidence of a real event. Obtain permission from the person pictured and consider the rights in the photograph itself.
The workflow accepts one JPEG, PNG or WebP photograph without a fixed size limit on the original file. Images are automatically compressed or proportionally resized when necessary before upload. Processing depends on the device being able to decode the image. It is designed for a 15-second, 720p, 9:16 MP4 with the prepared reference clip’s audio. Paid results have no website watermark.
Generation can change visual details. Exact likeness, frame-perfect replacement, flawless hands, perfect lip synchronization and a specific completion time are not guaranteed. Review the finished file before using or sharing it. The service does not offer custom durations, a prompt editor or user-supplied reference videos.
Starter costs USD 9.90 for 20 credits; Plus costs USD 19.90 for 60; Pro costs USD 39.90 for 200. Packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Purchased credits do not expire and may be combined in the account balance. Each new generation uses 10 credits.
Credits are granted after the payment is verified. A browser redirect alone does not establish settlement. A new task reserves its cost when accepted. Checking, recovering or downloading the same task does not create another generation charge.
A confirmed technical generation failure returns the task’s 10 credits once. A task awaiting processing or review is not automatically a confirmed failure. A completed output with an unwanted artistic detail is different from a technical failure.
Credit returns do not automatically refund the original payment. Cash-refund requests must be assessed through the available contact route, the payment provider’s process and applicable requirements. These terms do not exclude rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. A complete operational refund contact is required before paid launch.
Completed videos are retained without a scheduled expiration. Inputs are scheduled for deletion 24 hours after their tasks reach a terminal state, with active processing and recovery protected from premature deletion. Keep local copies of materials you need.
You choose whether to share the result. Identify AI recreations honestly and do not imply the subject attended the original performance. A watermark-free output does not independently grant rights to music, performances, photographs or third-party identities. Check permissions for your intended use.
The service may prevent new tasks when generation is unavailable. Do not treat another purchase as a way to bypass an availability message. Existing tasks must be checked by their actual state.
